Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Get Lashed w/ Lacy requires 4-24 hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 4-hour notice will result in being considered a no call/ no show. If you do not communicate for your appointment within 2 hours of scheduled time, you will be considered a no show as well and will be charged 30% fee. You have 2 no call/ no shows then you will be dropped as a client/black listed , thank you for understanding! 75% fee for no shows.
Late Policies: Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 20 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and 75% fees will apply.
